for you to explore issues that may be of concern to you in your everyday life.
As the expert in your own life, your role is to
explore your issues of concern and to set the direction for the counselling
process
As counsellor, my role is to assist you to
understand your present situation, and work with you to find ways to resolve
your concerns, leading to an enhanced sense of well-being.
